When working with children our approach is holistic and involves integrative (directive and non-directive) play therapy. We believe in an eclectic style of counselling which will involve CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotional Focused therapy and much more.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT

Mending Pieces Counselling currently deals with a wide variety of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, trauma, marriage and family challenges, emotional regulation, improving self-worth and handling grief and loss.

Our team has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Therapy and Trauma Counselling.
